Membership Terms and Conditions

REEferralNet™ is a professional referral networking platform that facilitates Member-to-Customer communications. Members are solely responsible for all content and information they maintain and share from the REEferralNet™ platform. This Membership Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between REEferralNet™ ("REEferralNet," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and the Member ("Member," "you," or "your"). By joining REEferralNet™ and using the REEferralNet™ online platform, Member agrees to comply with all terms and conditions contained within this Agreement. You must be 18 years of age or older, read, understand, and agree to the content and spirit of our Membership Terms. REEferralNet™ reserves the right to modify our Membership Terms at any time to comply with changes in applicable laws, legal requirements, and protections without prior notice to its Members. Membership Fees and Payment Terms Members agree to pay an annual membership flat fee of $197.00. This fee is initially payable upon registration. The annual renewal fee of $197.00 is due on the anniversary date of your initial registration. By default, REEferralNet™ renewal payments are set to "Auto-Renew" as a safeguard to prevent critical data loss.

Payment reminders are issued via email and must be received by the required due date to maintain Member and Customer online access. If an auto-renewal payment is declined, members have a seven (5) day grace period to update their billing information. Failure to resolve the payment within this period will result in automatic suspension of membership benefits. Trusted Service Providers (TSPs) "Referrals". Before adding any Trusted Service Provider to the REEferralNet platform, Member agrees that Member has obtained appropriate permission, consent, or authorization from the Trusted Provider allowing Member to submit and share their business information through REEferralNet™. Member agrees not to post any individual, company, organization, or service provider without proper authorization. You also agree to hold REEferralNet™ harmless for any issues that may arise between Members, Users, Trusted Service Providers (TSPs), and Third-party Contractors. REEferralNet™ assumes no responsibility for service estimates, contracts, workmanship, warrantee, maintenance, disputes, or unforeseen legal issues that could occur. Member shall be solely responsible for any claims, complaints, damages, or disputes arising from the submission or sharing of Trusted Provider information. Trusted Service Providers Limitations and Exclusions. Member agrees not to post any individual, company, organization, or service provider that... • Provides illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, or illicit goods or services; • Engages in activities that violate applicable federal, state, or local laws; • Creates a risk of harm, liability, or reputational damage to REEferralNet, its members, or its users; • Conflicts with the professional purpose, standards, or intent of the REEferralNet™ referral network. REEferralNet™ reserves the right, and the Member acknowledges and agrees that REEferralNet™ may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove, restrict access to, or delete any Trusted Service Provider listing, information, content, or referral resource that is inconsistent with the purpose, reputation, or standards of our platform. Such as… • Is inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or objectionable; • May expose REEferralNet or its members to liability or risk; • Does not align with the referral network's purpose, values, or professional standards. REEferralNet™ is not required to provide an explanation or justification for removal decisions. No Guarantee or Endorsement Member understands and acknowledges that REEferralNet™ provides only a networking and referral management platform. REEferralNet does not guarantee, warrant, or represent: • The quality of services provided by any Trusted Provider; • The outcome of any referral; • The business practices, licensing, insurance, qualifications, or compliance of any Trusted Provider; • The accuracy of information submitted by Members. Members and Customers (TSP Employers) are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any Trusted Service Provider. Indemnification (Hold Harmless) Agreement Member agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REEferralNet™, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: • Information, content, or Trusted Service Providers submitted by Member; • Failure of Member to obtain required permission or authorization; • Any inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information provided by Member; • Any dispute, complaint, claim, or legal action involving a Trusted Provider submitted by Member; • Member's use or misuse of the REEferralNet™ platform; • Any violation by Member of this Agreement or applicable laws. The Member further agrees to be responsible for all costs, expenses, damages, and legal fees incurred by REEferralNet™ arising from any claim, demand, investigation, dispute, cause of action, lawsuit, or legal proceeding resulting from Member's actions, submissions, recommendations, referrals, or violation of this Agreement. Including but not limited to… • Attorney fees; • Court costs; • Settlement costs; • Administrative expenses; • Investigation expenses; Other reasonable costs are associated with defending or resolving any claim. Data Privacy, Usage, and Marketing Permissions REEferralNet™ / REEferralNet.com does not sell, trade, or transfer Member Information to third parties. However, we may share Member Information with our business partners for marketing, advertising, or product or service offerings. For example, we provide Member Information to our service providers for the direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys, or notifications about new or updated REEferralNet™ offerings to our Members. External Links. REEferralNet™ and REEferralNet.com provide links to other third-party websites. Even if the third party is affiliated with REEferralNet™ through a business partnership or otherwise, REEferralNet™ is not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or content of such external links.
